Discount Tire

Josh the manager absolutely nailed it with service today! Came in today at 8:01 am for a tire replacement for my daughter. Josh had me back on the road in 20 minutes! I’m a tough reviewer and write reviews on poor service as well as great service and nothing in between. I will go out of my way for all my tire needs and go here instead. Well done Josh!

5/5 Stars — Exceptional Service! I was having an issue with a high-speed vibration in my Corvette at 60 mph and above. I walked into the Discount Tire on W Chandler Blvd without an appointment, and Aarron stepped up to help. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem in just 30 minutes, but his professionalism and customer-first focus were truly outstanding. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and efficiency these days. Highly recommend Aarron and this location!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. After waiting two and a half hours in the lobby just to be seen, the technician completely dismounted my tire from the rim without authorization. I was then given a high‑pressure sales pitch claiming the tire was “unsafe,” “unrepairable,” and “could not be put back on the truck.” That is false. I declined their upsell and requested the spare be installed. At no point did anyone inform me that my original tire would be fully separated from the rim and left in the back of my truck. Instead, they continued pushing additional services and told me I would need to wait another hour and a half for installation. This was a clear lack of management oversight, poor communication, and a completely disorganized operation from start to finish. The entire experience was unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of my time.

Recently needed new tires for my 97 Tahoe. After talking to someone at the store, I placed an order for the tires on their website. I was also able to setup an appointment for the install. I brought my vehicle in just before 8am on the day or my appointment and was met by a friendly employee. He got the info he needed and I gave him my keys. My vehicle was first in the bays and finished in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and explained everything. The waiting area was clean and there is a refrigerator with bottled water. The tech who did my tires was very nice. I did have to show him where the tools to lower my spare were located. I joked with him that my Tahoe was older than he was. He did a great job. My vehicle was waiting for me at the front door when it was finished. I would definitely recommend this location for tires. They took great care of my tire needs.

This is what is on the statements: 3/2/26 purchase date $85.17, post will be 3/3/26 2/09/26 - purchase date $67.92, post date 2/10/26 11/22/25 purchase date $270.64, post date 11/23/26 Besides 11/22/25 which I do not have a brake down for TPS sensors or tire cost. It is to question if the parts Discount Tire are using are in fact proper parts to be installed. TPS sensor are different costs and the information provided today of the previous cost was incorrect. Customer was told $80.00 dollars for last TPS sensor replaced. Note two additional time previous TPS sensors were replaced and failed or had to be re-learned. There is clearly something wrong with what is going one. Previous review was not resolve yet responded to. Now there is a question of integrity and proper parts - which I believe are not being used. It is not hard to use integrity Discount Tire should know this. It is not hard to give factual data for it is clearly displayed on providers displays at location. Photos attached, note they are not the same yet all TPS sensors have been replaced by this location. Why are they different? Does that change cost? To have TOS that looks the same as the previous ones replaced? T
